Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges
The product will be shipped to you by Air mail, Registered mail, EMS, or DHL. Please note, that the price of shipment is not included in the product price.
Shipping cost depends on a product’s weight, We ship the products to you by the most economical shipping method available to us. To see the shipping charges to your specific location, put the items you want to buy in your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. Exact shipping charges are calculated and shown after you have entered your address information and before you submit your order.
We wold mark the tracking number on the website and sent email told you the number at the same time. Please note, if you choose the Air mail shipping method, it is have not tracking number. Don’t worry to choose this method, if any package lost, we will resend the item to you with no surcharges.

Shipping transit times depend on several factors:

Air mail: 10—20 business days
Registered mail: 10—15 business days
EMS: 7—10 days
DHL: 5—7 days

Product Availability and Lead times
Please note, that while many of our products are in stock (available ex-stock), some higher priced items are built only upon order and carry lead times from 1-2 days to up to 1 weeks. This lead time is in addition to any shipping transit times. For your information, we have listed availability and lead times on each product’s information page on this website.

Custom Import Duties
We will write “gift” and total value “$10” on the package when the package size less than:40(length)x40(width)x15(height) cm.
If the package size is more than this, it should be special package, we will send email to you and get your confirmation before sending the package to you.

Product Returns

You can get full refund when you get the item is broken/ unusable. You need to take a picture to prove that item is bad instead of sending it back. For the wrong delivery, please you contect hayear@hotmail.com or info@hayear.com, return the wrong item to us and we will send you the right product you ordered, the postage is on us. We will cross check and double confirm with your order record to prove there is our error, otherwise shipping charges are not refundable.   In order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label, no returns will be accepted without RMA number. Please provide the following information when contacting us:
Item number, Product Description
Reason for return: defective, incorrect item, item does not meet expectations
Your order number/invoice number

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
You think the item that not you want. (item is same with descriptions, but small color difference is an unavoildable issue from different monitors.)
 
 
Warranty Information

All merchandise returns for a refund or credit must be within 15 days in new, resalable condition. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.

Warranty Period:
1) 12 months for Oscilloscope
2) 12 months for AC Adapter and Power Supply
3) 12 months for Rechargeable Battery Pack
4) 6 months for electronic Parts& Components.
5) Others are subject to the agreement of buyer and seller.

General Return Policy:

1) All returns must have a RMA for processing.
2) Products must be returned within thirty (15) days after the issuance of the RMA.
3) Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box.
4) It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight.
